As I have a real passion for mental wellness, mindfulness and emotional intelligence and have learnt a lot about these subjects, I would love to help both adults and children in these areas.   • Self Care Menu

    Whenever you need a pick me up, try to pick at least one thing from this menu, to help you be kinder to your mind. The more activities you can tick off, the better!

    If there is something you want to achieve, something you want to improve or simply something you want to try, use this simple goal setting worksheet to help ensure you can reach your goals! You are worthy and capable of all you desire.

    Take some time to focus on the good things that have happened recently, try to let your mind think of nothing else but completing your journal and remember that there is always good, we just have to look hard enough.
